Kiara Advani: All eyes have been on Kiara Advani lately as she tied the knot with beau Sidharth Malhotra at a dreamy wedding ceremony in Jaisalmer on February 7. But even before that, the Kabir Singh actor was making waves with her acting skill, sartorial choices, and beauty game. So what does Kiara Advani do to remain in shape and maintain that glow?
Kiara herself admits that she is lucky she can eat whatever she wants and not count calories. Yet, she maintains a regular fitness routine in order to remain healthy, active, and in shape.
Here we bring to you Kiara’s diet and workout plan for inspiration.
Kiara Advani diet plan
Kiara starts the day by drinking some warm water with lemon. Lemon water contributes to a healthy metabolism early in the day by cleansing your system as well as refreshing your body. For breakfast she eats oatmeal with some fruit – apples, berries, strawberry or orange.
Her favourite pre-workout snack is sliced apple dipped in peanut butter. She prefers ghar ka khana with simple roti and vegetables such as spinach, pumpkin, and sprouts as her daily lunch. Kiara avoids excessive salt and oil in her meals.
Her dinner menu is similar to that of lunch with a few minor changes. She replaces vegetables with fish often. Kiara also loves seafood and has a particular fondness for salmon, sushi, and pomfret. Nuts, figs, and walnuts are among the foods she nibbles on throughout the day.
Kiara takes care of her skin well by eating right food. “A proper skincare routine is a must for radiant and glowing skin. For me, a proper moisturizer is important for hydration. I ensure that my moisturizer is rich in Vitamin E,” the actor once said.
Kiara Advani workout routine
Kiara Advani loves gym activities. Furthermore, she enjoys physical activities such as dancing and kickboxing, which she has included in her fitness routine as part of her lifestyle.
In the gym she does pilates, squats, or functional training. Her trainer assures that she doesn’t repeat the same routine. Another workout that Kiara loves is pull-ups. It enhances her grip strength, she says.
With their relatively simple nature, pull-ups are extremely important for increasing upper body strength and endurance.
Cardio, squats, pull-ups, push-ups, and functional training are all part of her workout regime. Besides, Kiara loves to dance as dancing is the best form of cardio for weight loss. Her body-building routine even includes burpees to burn fat and develop muscles.
