The celebration of Bakra Eid, also known as Eid al Adha, is observed every year. The Muslim community celebrates this holiday as the second largest after Eid. This year, the final week of June is used to commemorate the celebration. There are many different kinds of non-vegetarian foods prepared there; the entire table is laden with mouthwatering food.
On this occasion, people like to create non-vegetarian dishes. Many people in this scenario would prefer to eat vegetarian food with their friends or non-vegetarian food. We have some vegetarian cuisine ideas for these folks in such a case.
Veg Pulao
You can create vegetarian pulao in addition to biryani because, on the occasion of Bakra Eid, various non-vegetarian forms of biryani are prepared at home. Eating it is excellent. You may add cheese, veggies, and dry fruits like almonds and cashews to make it even more delectable. This dish can also be served to your vegetarian visitors.
Dahi Vada
A wide variety of non-vegetarian foods, including chicken, mutton, and egg dishes, are often served on the Bakrid table. In this case, add the delectable Dahi Vada recipe to amp up the flavour of all these while also adding something fresh and spicy.
Veg Kebab
To create a vegetarian kebab, toast cashews, chironji, poppy seeds, and whole spices in a skillet until a delicious scent emerges. one it’s smooth, add water and fried onions and sauté one more. Now, add the ginger, garlic, and chilli to a pan of heated ghee and cook them. Add the khoya now, cook it one more, then blend it in a blender.
Place it in a skillet with red chilli and cook rajma. Stir thoroughly and simmer over low heat. Take it off the burner, add the kewda water, and let it to cool. Now make kebabs out of it and bake it in a skillet with butter or in the microwave (recipes for microwaves). Serve it with green chutney after baking.
Paneer Besan Cheela
In Indian households, gram flour consumption is also quite well-known. In this case, Paneer-Besan Cheela is a nutritious and light paneer meal that is typically consumed for breakfast in the morning or in the evening. It tastes crunchy when eaten and goes well with green chutney. Paneer and gram flour are high in protein.
Paneer Roll
A paneer roll is a wheat roti roll. It is used for filling paneer. It has a great flavour. This paneer meal, or paneer recipe, has gained international recognition and originated from West Bengali street cuisine.
Preparation: To prepare paneer rolls, chop the paneer into little pieces and marinate it with gram flour, chaat masala, garam masala, chilli powder, and salt. After adding the diced onion and capsicum, let it sit for half an hour.
Now grab a nonstick pan and coat it with butter. Place the marinated paneer in the pan and cook for five minutes over medium heat. Next, take a chapati and warm it up in a pan. Place the cooked paneer onto the roti and top with chopped green chillies and onions. Eat the hot chapati after it has cooked for a minute in the pan.
