Make a binocular shape with your fingers over your cheekbones, brows, and entire face. Raise your eyebrows slightly without causing excessive forehead furrows, then squint before raising them once more.

Forehead Lifter

Try to elevate your forehead by interlacing your fingers over it and applying slight pressure. Either hold for up to a minute or repeat fifty times.

Cheek Lifter
