Fitness Tips: It is no surprise that Deepika Padukone works out as this actress grew up in a household filled with athletes, with her father, Prakash Padukone being a professional badminton player and her sister, Anisha Padukone, a golfer. Therefore, fitness has been a huge part of her life even before she became a Bollywood star. This Pathaan actress undergoes rigorous workouts to maintain a healthy and fit body and here is how.
Sports
Since a young age the actress has been playing Badminton and has voiced for regular exercise since a very young age. The actress enjoys staying sporty and moving with direction. Back in 2021, the actress took on the professional badminton player, PV Sindhu for a match. Although the match was privately played, it is a testament to her undying love for sports. Sports can be a great way of cardio, that makes your heart pumping and your body sweaty.
Yoga
During the shoot of her film, Gehraiyaan, Deepika Padukone, plays a yoga instructor, learned yoga from a renowned yoga practitioner, Anshuka Parwan. Post the shoot, this celebrity yoga instructor said that, the actress took no time in doing a headstand, chakrasana and Malasana. Yoga helps with a holistic healing of both body and mind.
Palates
One of the key factors in nailing a headstand is focus and balance. The actress does concentration workouts that aid with balance and focus within her. Moreover, she enjoys palates that help her strengthen her body while keeping her mobility. Additionally, This helps build muscles, burn calories and improve stability.

Who says workouts have to be boring? Deepika finds a partner to do workouts with that makes keeps the routine fun yet productive. With a partner, you feel motivated when you keep encouraging each other
