AIIMS Doctor Priyanka Sehrawat revealed some important tips related to breakfast and she revealed why you should eat your breakfast. She revealed in the video that there are two reasons. Number one, to avoid headaches, to avoid migraine, being empty stomach, skipping your breakfast is the most important triggers of migraine headaches. If you are a migraine patient, one advice will be don’t be empty stomach for more than four hours. Do not skip your breakfast. Intermittent fasting is not for you. It is there for many people. It is beneficial, but not for migraine patients.
Breakfast Impacts Immunity
The doctor continued that the second reason for immunity. So breakfast gives us immunity for the whole day, gives us energy for the whole day.
