Like most of us coffee lovers, Alia Bhatt used to be that person who couldn’t go without a cup of coffee in the morning. Although caffeine is really effective in charging you up, it takes a toll on your body in the long run. Alia realised it soon and gave up on it. Now her go-to morning drink is a glass of hot water with a lemon squeezed in it. It works as a perfect detoxifying agent and also helps in digestion.

Alia’s postpartum weight-loss diet

It was a challenge for Alia to maintain her shape after Raha was born. However, her perfect diet plan and extreme workout sessions helped her pull through. Many dieticians around the globe suggest consuming at least six to eight meals a day, contrary to the traditional three-meal cycle we follow. That way, we can easily reduce our food portions too. Alia makes it a point to try and consume 8 meals a day. Jowar and Bajra were Alia’s go-to ingredients that she preferred in the summers and winters respectively.

Change your diet plan after an interim

Alia is a big-time foodie and a sucker for desserts. She admits that she cannot keep on eating the same things in a routine, so she changes her diet every 5 months or so. However, there are certain homemade foods she cannot do without, such as dal rice, curd rice, lassi, buttermilk, khichdi, salads, etc. Alia prefers to add ghee to her favorite dishes too. She likes to club most of her meals with fresh juices, which help in detoxifying her body.
