It’s crucial to perform the cat-cow stretch in sync with your breathing movements on each inhale and exhale. Marjari Asana

Salabhasana
You are in the grasshopper pose, or Shalabh, in Salabhasana. Salabhasana is the name of this asana because of this. You can do Salabhasana to improve the health of your spine. The following are some advantages of performing Salabhasana: It helps those with back pain, moderate sciatica, and slip-disc discomfort by strengthening the pelvic organs, the lower back, and the subtle nerves. It lowers intestinal and stomach disorders and restores equilibrium to the liver and other abdominal organs. Salabhasana controls hunger.
Marichyasana
This pose will help you get relief from back pain. Still with your back straight, legs straightened out in front of you. Bend your left knee and place the foot flat on the floor, near your inner right thigh. Twist your torso to the right and press your left shoulder against the inside of your left knee. Then exhale and face forward. Extend your left & rotate it inward. As you reach the left arm forward, lengthen your chest & push the left shin into the armpit. Exhale and take your right hand behind your back and if possible, hold your right wrist with your left hand. Exhale, extend your torso ahead keeping your back long. Be careful not to hunch your back. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
Gomukhasana
This pose works wonderfully on the heart chakra, improves spinal health, and helps in better functioning of the lungs. Take your hands behind your back and hold them there for 30 seconds to get benefits of this pose.
