Malaika’s Twist on Anjaneyasana
Anjaneyasana is Yoga asana used to strengthen the lower back by keeping your front hip in a constant stretch position. People who regularly of this asana can expect an increase in their hip mobility along with overall strength development in the legs. This asana also helps in reducing menstrual discomfort and improves balance.
Eka Padottanasana
In this post Malaika is doing the Eka Padottanasana asana. This asana helps the practitioner stretch their hamstrings, hip, back, spine, shoulders and ankles. This asana also builds strength in the stretched muscles.
