Mango pani puri shot: Who doesn’t like to explore new cuisines but there is only that much one can go with experimenting. In a latest case of food mashup, netizens are highly disappointed and social media is agog with heated debate on the bizarre combination.
A man’s experimental food combination of mango and pani puri has left netizens divided. The unique flavour combination received mixed reviews. While some praised the man’s creativity, others found it unappetising. The internet reacted with many Instagram users describing the combination as “disgusting” and “gross.” Some even commented that these food mashups are simply a way for people to gain attention on social media.
Mango pani puri takes over the Internet
Recently, a page named Bombay Foodie Tales shared a video where they tried the mango pani puri shot. The video begins with the vendor making the dish by stuffing mango pulp into the golgappa. In the background, a man says, “During Mango season, we tried the strangest combination. We attempted everyone’s favourite Mango Puri.”
The clip shows a man pouring mango pulp into a container and adding water to it. Then, he takes the golgappas, pours ragda in them followed by mango pulp. Dubbed ‘mango pani puri shot’ by the vendor, a team member is seen tasting the weirdest combination.
‘Dimag ko shot dene wala combination’
Soon after the video was shared on social media, netizens couldn’t stop themselves from reacting to it. A user wrote, “Mat karo Mai haath jodta hoo mat karo bhai.” Another user wrote, ‘Bagwan maaf nahi karega’. Yet another said, “Dimag ko shot dene wala combination h.” One of the comments read, “People should be punished for besmirching perfectly wonderful foodstuffs and tainting with nonsense condiments and ingredients that make no sense! This has to stop sometime!”
