Sadhguru says that what kind of sounds wake you up determines your context of the day and the future of your life in many ways. Waking up to the sound of the alarm bell and starting your day suddenly is not the right way to wake up.
To come awake, silence is the best way
Sadhguru revealed that silence is the best way to wake up in the morning. If you have doubts whether you will be able to wake up at the right time or not, then choose the right sounds to start your morning, not the loud ringtones which will shock you out of sleep. The sounds must slowly bring you out of sleep.
Sadhguru suggest to listen vairagya chants
Sadhguru suggested that one can wake up in the morning by listening to vairagya chants that gently wake you up from sleep. It’s the best thing you can do for yourselves to come awake.
