Once you begin these activities, your capacity to stay awake, avoid fatigue, and carry on with your life will significantly improve.
You will see a noticeable improvement if you perform these kriyas every day as opposed to only once a day. All spiritual activities, including meditation and kriyas, are essentially aimed at raising your energetic level above where it is at the moment.

Increasing our energy level is the main goal, regardless of whether we are discussing kundalini or, to put it in English, “plain, simple energy.” Energy is what you refer to as “life” itself. You require a higher level or quality of energy to operate on a higher plane of existence. To do this, there are numerous approaches.
There are dramatic ways to energise someone, but they require good planning, equilibrium, and life control. That takes a lot more self-awareness on the part of the individual to understand what he is and is not doing.
