Today we are going to tell you about four ways to how to eat right suggested by Sadhguru. He also advised that every individual should adopt these tips to keep your body fit and healthy.

Eat two meals a day

Sadhguru has said that one should eat two meals a day. According to him, eating twice a day is enough. He told that when the digestion process is going on, the purification of the body almost stops. So if you keep eating throughout the day, it does not remain pure for long. Due to which many kinds of problems arise in the body. 

If you are hungry, you can eat fruits in between. He said that you should keep a gap of at least eight hours between meals. 

Eat with your hands

The second point is that we must touch the food i.e. eat with our hands. He told that when you do not touch the food, you do not feel the food. Also, you cannot guarantee the cleanliness of a fork and spoon, but you know how dirty or clean your hands are. Because you use your hands yourself so you know better how clean your hands are.

According to Sadhguru, when you use a spoon, you don’t feel the food. When the food comes in front of you, put your hand on it for a few moments to feel what the food is like. 

Eat with gratitude

Food is necessity but how you eat is also very important. One should savor the nutrition that comes from food and know what it means for our lives. The true joy of eating is that you become conscious of another life that lives in you. Whatever you eat, whether it is plant, animal, vegetable and fruit, all have a life and you make it your food and you should be grateful for it. What will you eat if there is no food items, so always treat your food with gratitude and reverence.

Don’t develop good food habits!

The decision of what special food you have to eat each day varies from day to day. Because the body behaves differently every day and every moment. If you feel the food, you just know you need it that day. If necessary awareness is created about what to eat and what not to eat, then there will be no need to tell people what to eat. There is not one recipe for what you should eat for the rest of your life. He also said that it is not necessary that you always eat good food, it completely depends on your body, at what time you should eat.
