Chewing
While eating, to facilitate proper digestion, it is crucial to chew the food well. Sadhguru tells people to chew it 24 times.
Enjoy food quietly
While eating, one should enjoy eating the food in silence. Talking while eating food can lead to choking and other hazards. Therefore, silence while eating food is important to maintain.
