Sadhguru gives a special tip to boost health
Sadhguru talked about a policy of yoga which says that you must eat food that comes within the radius of the distance that you can walk in a day. He gave an example, ‘If you walk 20 Kilometers a day, within the 20 Kilometers radius you must eat because this way the soil and your body are speaking. They’re talking to each other, communicating, things are happening.” He further added that if you can’t do it right now then it will harm your health because if you do this, you will live longer and more fulfilling life.
The spiritual guru said that if you can’t do that then you should walk around and eat something from that land. Due to that, the body and the land speak. He added that if you lose the connection with the land then it is the time for you to go to heaven. Watch the video to know more in detail;
Jaggi Vasudev about Strengthening Body
Sadhguru brought up the point that a lot of athletes are extremely slender, and experts in martial arts also oppose muscle growth. He disclosed that having muscle does not make one stronger or more efficient. According to the spiritual guru, the human body should not be built by bulking up on muscles. He disclosed a method known as “Angamardana” that fortifies the body internally. It implies either killing limbs or mastering them. Killing of limbs, to put it briefly, means that no matter what work you do, you should never really feel stressed out because, when you sit here, your sense of body almost seems to have vanished.
