Sidharth asks Sadhguru his secret for energy, to which he says that like any motorcycle, he has engineered his inner being through the inner engineering program.

Sadhguru on soil

The two later share a conversation over movies and media. Sidharth then asks Sadhguru about the changes to be brought daily. To this, Sadhguru replied by saying working on the soil is very important. One needs to dig their hands into the earth to do agriculture and planting. It can also be done in your quaint little home garden where one needs to put their hands and bare feet into the soil to form a connection with the soil. This not only is a part of conservation, it is also good for the health.

Sadhguru’s tip to the youth

Sidharth asks Sadhguru about dealing with thoughts and the pressure of society, to which he replies by asking everyone to raise their voices. This involves using the comfort of the world such as phones and access to good use and making changes. On top of this, it is important to feel gratitude instead of complaining a lot.
