However, the present generation gets easily bored as they have access to the entire world on their phone. unlike having one love affair by the age of 18, the present generation has multiple love affairs through virtual mediums. Therefore, having access to every world of information leads to a sense of boredom which was not present during the olden times

On top of this, this could create a sense of identity loss and confusion. If you touch life within you, it is an explosion of energy but having too many thoughts will stop life from happening within you. As a result, Sadhguru talks about the dangers of this and says that in 50-100 years, this will be a huge reason for people committing suicide in the future.
