India is set for the finals in the ICC ODI World Cup
Whilst the ICC ODI World Cup is currently running and is set to have its finals in no time, it can be very difficult for a player to keep his calm and play the game without thinking too much. However, when the stakes are higher, the players tend to get more nervous or aggressive which can ruin their play. Therefore, as the Indian team sets for the finals, KL Rahul asks Sadhguru how to combat this and be calmer as a sportsperson. To this question, Sadhguru imparted his knowledge.
Sadhguru’s tips on staying calm
Sadhguru says that as a sportsperson, along with physical training, proper mental training should also be prevalent. Therefore, to be in your zone in every match, there has to be proper mental clarity instead of confidence. Even the best sportspersons may get out in the first wicket. However, with clarity, one can even get a sixer with closed eyes. Instead of working on your confidence before every game, one must nurture it to bring the utmost clarity to oneself. Moreover, at the end of the day, the key to winning any match is to just hit the ball, keeping everything else aside.
