Kriyas
The Shakti Chalana Kriya helps gain control over the mind in a slow and gradual process but is highly effective for the mind and the body. It works on the Prana by stabilizing it and keeping it in control. Sadhguru also talks about Shambhavi Mahamudra, which is the highest level of yoga and meditation exercise there is. Sadhana is the highest level.
