Recently, he talked about the saying that when a baby is born, it does not come with an instruction manual. He said that a child is born as a complete human being and you can only nurture the child. He says to stop looking at life through the eyes of others. Learn to look at your life more critically. If other influences are removed, everyone has the essential intelligence to examine their lives rationally.

He said, “Any normal child has arrived as a complete human being. Only by nurturing the youngster may he or she reach his or her full potential. They can’t be turned into anything else. What would you do if your ideal tree is a coconut tree and a mango tree blooms in your garden? Because it does not resemble a coconut tree, you will remove all but one of the branches. That is a really bad mango tree. You can only nurture the child to full intelligence, bodily well-being, and emotional well-being. This will happen only if you nurture it rather than meddle with it.”
Sadhguru says a child should be free
Children do not come from you; they come through you. Never believe they are yours. It is a privilege that they have happened because of you. Your only concern is to provide them with a caring and nurturing environment. Do not try to impose your feelings and beliefs, ideologies, belief systems, and nonsense on the child. He has enough self-awareness to discover his way. If you create the proper environment for his intelligence to completely develop, he will handle it the way he knows how.
