Sadhguru Tips: Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev believes that some activity does not result in fulfilment. If you look closely, you will notice it on numerous occasions throughout your life. Whatever actions you have taken, your life has not been fulfilled. Fulfilment will not come as a result of some action you take. Only when your inner nature is full can your life be complete. If your inner essence is limitless, your life will be limitless.
Sadhguru Tips: Know more about fulfillment
Sadhguru says that you can either sit with your eyes closed or undertake other things; either way, your life is full. Man has reached a stage of completeness when he has no need to perform any action within himself and the activities he performs are only to the extent required for the external situation.
He further says, see, why you have been executing one activity after another. It is moving in the right direction. When asked why they are taking so many actions, people who take too many actions respond, “What to do? Who will look after the food, wife, and children?” Even if you meet all of his wants, this individual will not be able to sit quietly for a single day. He can’t sit still for three hours! He must take action. This is because your inner nature has not been fulfilled, and you are attempting to achieve it through activities.
What if your inner nature gets fulfilment?
According to Sadhguru, if your inner essence has been fulfilled within you, there would be no need for action. If the external situation requires you to act, you can do so joyfully. You can simply close your eyes if it is not necessary. When a person reaches the point where no action is required, we can say that person has become unbounded. This does not imply that this guy does not work at all. He can work twenty-four hours a day if the situation calls for it. His inner essence, however, does not require action. He is not obligated to act. He is the same even when he is not acting.
