Fruit consumption is beneficial

Sadhguru stated that our body remains energetic and healthy due to proper digestion, so it is very crucial to keep your digestion good. Consumption of fruits can improve your digestion. Fruits are enriched with essential nutrients and fibres, which removes the issues related to digestion and increases metabolism. Sadhguru also suggested eating at least one spoon of honey regularly to keep our body healthy. Honey is beneficial in brain development.

Applying Thai Mann will benefit your skin

Sadhguru said that once in 15 days, we must apply Thai Mann (Bathing powder) on our body. Five things are used to make Thai Mann. To make Thai Mann, you need 50 percent of soil and a little amount of moong dal flour and mix it properly. Moreover, it also consists of camphor, reetha powder and a special herb. Applying Thai Mann to the body can help in opening pores and brighten the skin.
