Sadhguru tips

Sadhguru tips: India has hot and humid weather currently. Going out in scorching heat can affect your immunity in various ways. Along with this, we float in a sea of viruses and bacteria. But fret not; There are a few things we can do to keep our immunity in check. Spiritual Guru Sadhguru has suggested several natural tips to boost your immunity with ingredients that can be found in your kitchen.

Sadhguru’s Tips to boost immunity

Neem and Turmeric: Neem and Turmeric are popular for their anti-oxidant properties and also play a vital role in boosting our immunity. You can consume eight to ten leaves of neem and a little bit of turmeric in warm water on an empty stomach which will enhance your ability to fight external organisms.

Chwayanprash and raw mango: The king of fruits have many benefits. Along with this, the traditional offering of Chyawanprash also helps in boosting immunity.

Amla with honey and peppercorns: Amla or gooseberry has traditionally been used in Indian households for various purposes. Soak amla in honey overnight, along with some broken black or green peppercorn. Take these three spoons in a day to boost your energy and improve your immunity. The best time to have it is in the morning on an empty stomach.

Mahavila leaves: Eating raw Mahavila leaves in the morning can do wonders for your gut health alongside improving your immunity. Mahavila leaves are usually food in the Western Ghats regions.

Exercise regularly: Exercising regularly is recommended for almost every other problem in life. Staying physically fit has many benefits. If you do not know anything else, you can simply walk or jog in the morning. This will make your body active.

Keep yourself happy: Mental stress can lead to many problems including a bad immune system. To stay fully energised, it is important to ward off all the negative energy from your brain.

Practice Isha Kriya: Sadhguru says, “The basic mistake we have made is that we have no distinction between what is “me” and what is “mine.” What I gather can be mine, we are not disputing that right now, but it cannot be me. If I say this piece of clothing is me, then obviously, I have lost it. Similarly, if I say that this body and the content of this mind that I accumulated – what I know and do not know – is myself, then I have a problem. Well, it is playing havoc with your life on a daily basis, but in moments of crisis like this, it may show up in a strong way.”
