1. A sense of calm
Sadhguru suggests bringing equanimity helps to look at the bigger picture while facing a difficult time in the business. The spiritual guru believes that nothing will every happen hundred per cent the way one wants them to, thus, they we should be able to handle uncertainty.
2. Invest time and energy wisely
Sadhguru is a firm believer of protecting your energy. He says, a businessperson has to calculate which areas are worth spending time and energy in. Time is more expensive than money, thus, spend wisely. In the next 15-20 years, business and economic leaders will dominate, the spiritual leader believes.
3. Learn to fight the storm
Prevention is better than cure. But at times, you really have to sail through the storm to test your abilities. If you ride the storm, you only emerge stronger and the storm is not the problem anymore, says Sadhguru.

4. Problems are non-existential
A problem is only a problem if you think it is one. Sadhguru says problems do not exists, only solutions do. Some of us know how to handle them, while rest of the lot is just clueless. “What is a problem for one person is opportunity for another,” Sadhguru said.
5. Do more in less time
You need to upgrade who you are. Time is ticking away with equal speed for all of us. However, everyone has different abilities to handle the energies.
