Sesame seeds
Sadhguru swears sesame seeds whenever he goes for a hike as it has magical properties that help the joints and muscles. This is useful during winters when joints tend to stiffen up. Horse Gram
Horse gram is the most protein-rich gram in the world. Moreover, Sadhguru recommends the right way of consuming it which is by keeping the lentils soaked in water and wrapped in a tight cloth. After some time, it will start to sprout within the gram. This can be eaten raw which is very beneficial for the body. Otherwise, he advises using green gram sprouts, ash guard juice, and castor which can be applied on the high points of the body for proper bowel movements.
Honey drink
He suggests drinking a magical honey drink to stay fit during winter. This requires some warm water, honey, pinch of turmeric, along with pudina and coriander leaves. This concoction can be consumed every three hours to prevent infections and aid respiratory health.
Soaked Indian gooseberry
Indian gooseberry or amla, soaked in honey and black pepper has drastic effects on the immune system. Soak slices of amla, peppercorn and honey. Moreover, this is advised to be had on an empty stomach, three times a day to see drastic changes
Simha Kriya
Along with these remedies, Sadhguru advises people to partake in his Simha Kriya and practice it daily. This yoga helps the body to function at its prime and lead a healthy life.
