In a video going viral online, Sadhguru talked about leadership and he suggested how someone can become a good leader. He said, “Leadership is not about throwing your weight around. Any fool can do that. It’s about inspiring people to do their best. Inspiration means to be able to take people beyond self-drawn limitations. When you can get someone to do something that they would have thought they would never ever be able to do, that is inspiration.”
