Skincare Tips: Alia Bhatt weighs in on Ice Water Facial and Skin-Like Makeup, is it the secret to her glowing skin?

Skincare Tips: Alia Bhatt is one actress who doesn’t overdo the makeup to create the appearance of a “glowing” skin. The actress employs a 6-step skincare regimen that she has established over the years to take care of her skin. Recently, Alia revealed her go-to skincare routine and instructed her followers on how to get healthy-looking skin with an ice water facial and skin-like makeup.

About Alia’s Glowing Skin

“I love my makeup to just look like great skin,” Alia Bhatt said in a video. For the Heart of Stone actor, a beauty tool from the cooler rather than the cosmetics aisle is a necessary step to radiance. The 30-year-old takes a deep breath and then dunks her face in a basin of ice after washing with her “current obsession,” a D’you balm. She chuckles, “I usually wake up sort of puffy in the morning.” “Icing really helps take away that puffiness. It keeps your skin really lovely and tight.”

After two chilly dunks, Bhatt feels “pink and fresh, and ready to take on the day.” She finishes her skin-care routine with D’you moisturizer and ISDIN sunscreen before using a few tips to make herself seem more rosy. The inventor of Ed-a-mamma avoids using foundation and instead bases her cosmetic look on skin tones. Over an illuminating primer, she spreads IT Cosmetics CC+ foundation and serum with her fingertips. The next step is to add color.

About Skin-Like Makeup & Facial

The color scheme I always choose is one of pink and light brown, according to Bhatt. The Too Faced Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette has been in her kit for so long that the packaging is beginning to chip, which explains why. The new mother is prepared to “have fun” with her contouring after deepening her brows with a Benefit brow tint and coating her lashes with mascara. She applies Hourglass bronzer to her cheeks, collarbones, and jawline using a fluffy brush, saying, “I don’t think [contouring] is as specific and technical for me.”

Bhatt often approaches her beauty regimen in a relaxed manner. She frequently dances and sings while dusting on creams and powders while Punjabi music is playing. She acknowledges that “it tends to get a little chaotic,” yet she still suggests it. She then relates the advice she offered to makeup artist Puneet B Saini the evening of the Met Gala after issuing this one. Bhatt remembers, “My main instruction: Make me look like a ball of blush.” Simply aim for the blush. Today, Bhatt follows suit, applying dreamy hues on her cheeks using an Hourglass palette. Bhatt’s beauty is complete with a brush of Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk lipstick. “This is my last appearance! She grins, describing the makeup as having a “lit-from-within glow.”
