The actress quit sugar as it gave her breakouts. Not only this, sugar can bring about various other skin issues like ageing. Apart from this, she eats a lot of nuts and fish that are good for the skin. Not only this, Jacqueline Fernandez indulges in exercise regularly in the form of Yoga, Pilates and strength training. Regular exercise provides blood circulation to the skin by bringing oxygen to the blood cells. This brings out healthy and glowing skin.
Vitamin C
The actress spoke about using serums with vitamin C in them. Vitamin C helps fade away dark spots and heals the skin from sun damage. Moreover, Vitamin C also aids with anti-ageing as it produces collagen in the skin.
Ice cubes
Jacqueline Fernandez reveals her secret skincare hack to be ice cubes. These are readily available in her fridge. She takes an ice cube and covers it with a muslin cloth or a tissue before rubbing it all over her face.
DIY Masks
She also uses a lot of DIY masks kept at home to achieve beautiful skin easily. She claims to use curd mixed with honey on her skin to soothe her skin. Apart from this, she also uses honey as a lip balm.
Hydration
Jacqueline Fernandez stays hydrated by drinking about 3 litres of water every day. Water helps improve skin texture and active acne. It also restores skin’s elasticity by hydrating it. Moreover, she drinks celery juice with apple cider vinegar and turmeric every morning. As celery mainly consists of water, this further purifies the skin and hydrates it.
