The revolved chair pose or Parivrtta Utkatasana is a yoga pose that involves twisting the body and strengthening the lower body. This pose targets the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves, and it also helps to improve focus and balance.

To perform the revolved chair pose, stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, bend your knees and lower your hips. Like you are sitting in a chair. Your thighs should be parallel to the ground, and your knees should be stacked over your ankles.

Next, place your hands in a prayer position at your chest. As you inhale, lengthen your spine and twist your torso to the right, bringing your left elbow to the outside of your right thigh. Hold this position for a few deep breaths, then release and repeat on the other side.
