Why do Sleep Jerks happen?

Dr. Priyanka Shehrawat says that when we get up from sleep, that is in the morning time, it is called Hypnopompic Jerks if it happens suddenly in jerks. He said these jerks are normal and they are formed in the brainstem. The doctor said that the brainstem is the part of our brain where there exists a reticular activating system, the system that keeps us awake; and it regulates our internal physiology as some neurotransmitters are carried out through the brainstem.

Avoid alcohol: If you are consuming too much alcohol, then this also can turn out as a reason for you getting tremors during sleep.

Stress anxiety: Stress is also the reason for frequent interruptions in sleep, and due to this, you may have this problem, so pay attention to this as well.

Consumption of tea and coffee: Keep in mind that as far as possible avoid consuming tea and coffee after 6:00 pm.
