1. For a good health, good sleep is necessary
All of us have heard our parents or elders advise us to sleep with our backs to the sun. If you are building your master bedroom, the southwest direction is best. Never fall asleep with your head facing north. It draws negative vibrations. Set your bed back from the wall by at least three to four inches. For having good sleep, purchase some basic wooden beds.
2. Colours on the walls
Try painting the walls around the people in your home who is constantly unwell. Colours like red or green are viewed as fortunate. Green symbolises peace, whereas red draws in vitality. Painting walls will ensure that any termites or cracks are removed and cleaned. Walls may also not have cracks.
3. Arrange your furniture
The arrangement of your furniture and decor plays a big part in determining the atmosphere and mood of your home. Never put a mirror or anything reflective, including a TV, in front of your bed or anywhere else in the bedroom. Make sure the area around the stairs and the bathroom is sufficiently lighted to prevent accidents. To enhance memory and focus, choose marble or oak furniture in the study space. Storage units should always be clean.

4. Don’t keep broken object or mirror
Any broken object is viewed as a bad omen. If you see a broken mirror or furniture with sharp edges, for instance, have it fixed or replaced right away. In addition to worry and stress symptoms, the damaged things also attract bad luck.
5. Meditation or Pooja room
The most peaceful and pure area of your home is the meditation or pooja room. Ensure that the idols are positioned correctly and are free of any broken or damaged components. To purify the air in your home, light candles and incense sticks in the evening. To bring harmony and good health, plant tulsi or neem in your garden.
