Vastu Tips: Roti is an essential part of the Indian diet. When making a full lunch or dinner, roti is an essential part of it. On top of that, these white fluffy breads are made with a lot of love that adds to the overall taste of the dish. However, apart from the taste and satisfaction, there are certain Vastu rules to be followed that will bring forth blessings for your entire family.
Flour
When making rotis, make sure to avoid using old flour at all costs. Not only is this harmful to the body but it can also be considered inauspicious according to the rules of Vastu Shastra. This could lead to health issues in the family.
Old rotis
Rotis should not be stored and served stale. Instead, it is always advised to eat freshly made rotis. This could enrage the goddess of food and nutrition, Annapurna. As a result, there will be a constant shortage of food, meanwhile, the family members also lose their health.
First roti
According to the ancient scriptures of Vastu Shastra, the first roti should never be consumed. Instead, the first roti should be offered to a holy animal such as a cow. Moreover, the last roti should also not be consumed and be fed to the house dog if any.
