Isha Kriya: Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been a devoted disciple of spiritual leader Sadhguru. Samantha has aptly brought his teachings in practice which have helped her attain a calmer sense of being. The actress is also a followers of Isha Kriya, a Sadhguru vision that is aimed to help “an individual to get in touch with the source of his existence, to create life according to his own wish and vision.” But what exactly Isha Kriya is and how does it work? What is Isha Kriya?
Isha means the source of creation, while Kriya is performing an action. As defined by Sadhguru, “Isha Kriya is a simple yet powerful tool to move from untruth to truth”. The practice is routed in timeless use of Vedic since, which helps and individual get in touch with his inner being.
The practice is a 12 min long meditation activity which brings “health, dynamism, peace and wellbeing.” It is designed to help you to cope with the hectic pace of the modern world. The meditation programme is available for free on Isha Foundation’s YouTube channel.

A firm believer of Sadhguru’s vision, Samantha Ruth Prabhu follows Isha Kriya. Last year, Samantha had taken to her Instagram handle to share a picture of herself performing the practice. “Today i begin my 48 days of the Isha kriya journey.. Samantha’s post had attracted quite some interaction where her followers shared their own experience with the meditation.
“Isha kriya is life changing for me,” wrote one person, while another added, “This sadhana is an automatic tool which will lead to peace , joy , bliss in every aspect of life with out U realizing the change… do not discontinue the Sadhana plz.”
