Secondly, while you will be eating healthy all the time, it is going to be extremely difficult to maintain the cycle throughout. Moreover, there is no way to stay organized in the plan, you are your own supervisor. Lastly, the diet is particularly focused on patients suffering from hypertension, therefore, it may not be suitable for everyone.
