Winter Ladoo Recipe: There are many such things in the winter season by making which you can keep both your health and your stomach happy. One such thing is Gond Ke Ladoo (Gum Ladoos) which will make you very happy because they taste very good. These are very beneficial for health. Ingredients
A Plate Full Of Makhana
One Cup Desi Ghee
A Cup of Dates
Cashews and Almonds
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Cup Melon Seeds
1/4 Cup Watermelon Seeds
White Sesame Seeds
Edible Gum/Acacia Gum
Raisin
1/4 Cup Coconut Flakes
Date Paste
How to make it?
Step 1: Put half a spoon of desi ghee in the pan and fry the cashew nuts and almonds but take care that their color does not change and they do not burn. Let them cook on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add half a teaspoon of desi ghee to the pan and cook 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds, 1/4 Cup Melon Seeds and 1/4 Cup Watermelon Seeds on low flame.
Step 3: Put half a spoon of desi ghee in the pan and fry the broken makhana on low flame.
Step 4: Put half a spoon of desi ghee in the pan add edible gum or acacia paste and fry it on low flame for some time.
Step 5: Put half a spoon of desi ghee in the pan and cook the raisins along with the coconut flakes on low flame.
Step 6: Put half a spoon of desi ghee in the pan. Add all the other ingredients along with date paste into the pan and stir well. After some time, mix everything and cook for some time. After cooking them, take them out and start making ladoo.
