On Wednesday, October 26, a huge fire in a godown in Mumbai’s Girgaum region destroyed at least 14 vehicles, including six cars and seven bikes.
Outside the warehouse, cars were parked. Before anyone could put out the fire, cars started catching fire. Six automobiles, seven bikes, scooters, and one autorickshaw were among the fleet.
Locals claim that the small route caused the fire tenders to spring into action late. However, with the aid of five fire trucks, the fire was put out.
The fire was reported to have caused no injuries.
The cause of the incident is being looked into despite the warehouse being shuttered for several years.
According to reports, firecrackers can potentially start a fire.
