A major accident has happened in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Here a car full of passengers has fallen into the gorge, in which 7 people have died and 10 people have been injured. This accident happened around 8.30 pm on Sunday night in Ghiyagi area on NH-305. Among the injured, 5 people have been shifted to the zonal hospital and 5 are being treated in the barren. Kullu SP Gurudev Singh has given this information.
According to the information received, about 17 people including the driver were aboard the traveler bus (UP14 HT 8272). There were also 4 IIT BHU Varanasi students, it is being said. Treatment of the injured is underway and seven bodies have been recovered.
Sunday night accident
The accident happened on Sunday night when the driver lost control of the vehicle. Hearing the sound of the car, people gathered on the spot and sent the news to the police. After this the police and administration got involved in the rescue operation. On the information of the incident, local MLA Surendra Shourie also reached the spot and expressed grief over the incident.

83 tourists are also trapped in Triund Hill Station
Earlier, the SDM of Dharamsala had informed that due to heavy rains on Sunday, a total of 83 tourists were stuck at Triund Hill Station. They were rescued. The administration received a call for help at around 1:30 pm, after which the SDRF was informed.
