Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Aryan Khan has received a money order from his family in Mumbai’s Arthur Road prison where he is lodged in connection with the alleged seizure of banned drugs from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast earlier this month. According to news agency ANI, jail supervisor Nitin Waychal said on Thursday that they had received the money order of $4,500 from Aryan Khan’s family on Oct. 1

Money order is for his expenses in the jail canteen. A prisoner can receive a money order of a maximum of $4500 for their costs within the jail under the rules.
On Thursday, the special NDPS court reserved its order on bail application for October 20. This means that Aryan will have to stay in Jail for six more days.
Meanwhile, if reports are to be believed, Aryan Khan has been allotted a ‘qaidi number’. Aryan’s number begins with ‘N’, which is alloted to inmates in NDPS cases. This, after he was shifted from the quarantine cell to the general cell after his negative coronavirus report.
