Bageshwar Dham Baba: The controversy related to Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham continues to gain momentum. The case, which started with allegations of witchcraft and superstition, has reached conversion. The discussion on Sanatan Dharma vs Christianity-Islam has intensified in the country. On the other hand, people associated with Sant Samaj and Hindu organisations are coming forward to extend support to Bageshwar Dham Baba. Many BJP leaders including BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya and Kapil Mishra are also raising their voice in support of Baba Bageshwar. Not only BJP, Chattisgarh chief minister and Congress leader is also impressed with the self-styles godman’s influence and is expected to meet him today.
BJP extends support to Bagheshwar Dham Baba
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya extended his support to Bageshwar Dham Sarkar, questioning the anti=superstition organisation that challenged him.
Interacting with media in Burhanpur, Vijayvargiya said “he heard his interview on television in which he said that he do not do any magic or miracles. He believes in God and takes the name of that God, by which the problems of the people are solved.”
BJP’s Kapil Mishra also defended Shastri in the latest controversy, saying that it’s all because he is stopping conversion. He also tweeted that the anti-national and anti-Hindu gang was bound to get a stomach ache.
Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel to meet Dhirendra Shastri
As per several media reports, Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel is expected to meet Dhirendra Shastri today. He said before leaving for village Math, “People get achievements. Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Lord Buddha are examples of this. Achievements cannot be denied, but miracles should not be shown, this is the work of magicians. This is not fair. Achievements should not be used to show miracles, sages have also said. This is also the miracle in the healing meeting. This leads to inertia. Those who take the contract to save religion are in deception.”
