G20 Summit: One day before the G20 India Summit, former foreign secretary and G20 India chief coordinator Harsh V. Shringla offered a behind-the-scenes tour of the delegation offices and other amenities at the Bharat Mandapam, ITPO complex on Thursday. Beginning at the Delegate Centre, where the foreign visitors will do business, Shringla introduces the tour’s video. He then makes his way to the complex’s hallways, where an installation called “Mother of Democracy” has been set up. To educate visitors about India’s growth, this area uses interactive displays to display how democracy has changed in India. The formal welcome tableau, which features the flags of all the countries participating in the G20 Summit, was then displayed by Shringla.

State-of-the-Art Amenities for Delegates and Visitors

In order to help them navigate the hall more effectively, visitors will also have access to interactive kiosks. There will be 14 international bodies and 29 G20 invitee country offices. in the ITPO building. All required amenities, including laptops, printers, seating places, conference rooms, etc., are available at the country offices. Additionally, there is a lounge in the facility where the delegates can congregate, sit down, and mingle or unwind. There is a G20 selfie station on the property where visitors may pose and take photos to remember the Indian Summit.

Exploring Fintech Innovations and Digital India Infrastructure

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) innovation centre will be encountered by the visitors, where the newest cutting-edge Fintech innovations will be displayed. Foreign leaders can view the nation’s digital infrastructure, including UPI, Digilocker, Bhashini, Aadhar, and e-Sanjeevani, at a Digital India Experience Zone that has also been established. Any delegate who becomes unwell can go to the e-Sanjeevani portal, engage in a virtual consultation with a doctor, and order medication. The planning for the major event is well under way. Some world leaders have even travelled outside of their home nations to New Delhi for the G20 India Summit, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday.
