Bihar government has abolished the requirement of showing corona negative report at Patna airport. In view of the increasing infection of Corona, it was made mandatory for air travelers coming from Maharashtra, Punjab and Kerala to Bihar to carry RTPCR test report. Control of corona infection has now been found to a great extent. In view of this, the Patna administration has abolished this imperative.
Those coming to Patna airport from outside states will no longer have to show the RTPCR report. The administration has now lifted all the restrictions. Patna District Magistrate has written a letter to the Airport Authority informing about the withdrawal of these restrictions. It has been written in the letter that passengers coming from Punjab, Maharashtra and Kerala will no longer be required to bring the Covid test report 72 hours in advance as before.
It has been mentioned in the instructions that now the situation in the state is not the same as before, so these restrictions have been removed. The airport director has been informed that he should inform all airlines about this decision and allow passengers to travel without taking RTPCR test reports. Government restrictions have been removed.
