Congress Manifesto: The first round of voting in the Lok Sabha elections of 2024 is just a few days away. Everybody involved has commenced their arrangements. This also marks the beginning of the round of accusations and denials. We would like to inform you that the Congress Party has made available its manifesto for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. There are 25 guarantees and 5 justices in this manifesto. BJP, however, has mocked this Congress manifesto.
BJP’s Critique of Congress Manifesto
Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi, the national spokesperson for the BJP, says “The Congress platform includes a picture related to water management. This image is of New York State’s Buffalo River. From their social media chairperson’s Twitter account, they have not been able to determine who tweeted.”
He added, “The question is, who is bringing them this photo from overseas if they can’t figure out what was done. While displaying an additional image, Sudhanshu Trivedi mentioned that Rahul Gandhi’s favourite location, Thailand, was featured under the environment section. Everything that It is in the manifesto, but by whom?”
Introduction to Congress Manifesto
Notably, the Congress platform for the Lok Sabha elections, which is predicated on 25 promises and 5 justices, was released today. The farmers’ justice, women’s justice, labour justice, youth justice, and equality justice are among the five justices, as we shall explain.
In addition, the Congress said in its manifesto that starting in 2025, women will hold half (50 percent) of the positions in the federal government. Women from low-income families have been promised Rs 1 lakh annually under the Mahalaxmi Guarantee. In addition, the Congress manifesto states that the National Social Assistance Programme will raise the monthly pension payment for elderly, widowed and crippled people to Rs 1000.
