Police say that both the persons in the car have been arrested. One of them is named Bablu Vishwakarma and the other’s name is Shishupal Sahu. Police said that both of them are originally from Madhya Pradesh. Both of them were passing through Chhattisgarh. At that time the tableau was coming out on Raigad Road. However, despite being so crowded, not reducing the speed of the car raises many questions. Police say that both are being taken into custody and interrogated.
