Curfew in Uttar Pradesh extended till May 10

The Uttar Pradesh government has extended the lockdown in the state till 10 May. This lockdown will remain in force till 7 am on May 10. The government is extending the lockdown period after every two days.

In recent times there has been a large increase in cases of corona infection. Sources say that the people do not panic about the lockdown so the government is not announcing the lockdown for a long time. During this period, there will be ‘mini curfew’ conditions in all the districts of UP.

Government increasing the lockdown on weekends
Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh government imposed a partial ‘corona curfew’ till 7 am on May 6.

In fact, the weekend lockdown in UP started at eight o’clock on Friday night, which was to end at seven o’clock on Tuesday morning, but it was extended to seven o’clock on Thursday, May 6. It has now been extended to the morning of 10 May.

All services in need will continue in the state during the ‘mini curfew’. During this period the vaccination will continue as before. Markets, shops, shopping malls, Cinema Hall and restaurants in the state will remain closed during the sanctions.

The government has appealed to all people to stay in their homes. Drug shops and hospitals will remain open during the ‘mini curfew’.

The cases of corona infection have increased rapidly in the state. The state government is constantly making efforts to overcome this. About 10 districts in the state are badly caught by the Corona pandemic.
