In the death case of former Tata Sons Chairman Cyrus Mistry Dr. Anahita Pandole has been booked. He has been booked under sections 304(A), 279, 336, and 338 under the Indian Penal Code and Motor Vehicles Act.
Based on a statement recorded by Dr. Pandole’s husband Darius Pandole as well as a final report by Mercedes Benz based on their analysis of the car’s data chip the FIR was registered by the Palghar Police. Anahita Pandole is still in the ICU, undergoing treatment, according to the Palghar police.
On September 4 of this year, Dr. Pandole, Darius, and Mistry were traveling from Gujarat to Mumbai in a Mercedes Benz when the gynaecologist lost control and slammed into a concrete wall. Jahangir Pandole, Mistry’s brother and friend, and Mistry, the former chairman of Tata Sons, perished in the collision.

According to an official, Darius told police that his wife was unable to move the car from the third lane onto the second lane of the road as it turned narrow at the Surya river bridge in Palghar, Maharashtra.
