A big incident has come to light on Valentine’s Day in Delhi. Once again an incident like the Shraddha murder case took place in the capital. Here the police have found the dead body of a girl from the dhaba. The dead body was kept in a fridge. While taking action, the police have recovered the dead body. The whole incident is being reported from Baba Haridas Nagar police station in Delhi. In this case, the police has also arrested an accused named Sahil.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dwarka, Vikram Singh said that they received information on Tuesday morning that a woman had been murdered and her body was hidden in a dhaba on the outskirts of the village. The police recovered the body after reaching the spot and the accused Sahil Gehlot has been arrested. He is a resident of Mitraon village. Further legal action is being taken in this matter.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police said that during preliminary inquiry it has been found that Sahil was married on February 10, about which the woman had objected. Both were in a relationship for a long time. According to information received from a source, the woman was a resident of Jhajjar in Haryana. It has been claimed that she was threatening to implicate the accused in a legal case if he marries another woman.
Trying to mislead the police
During the interrogation of the Crime Branch, the accused initially tried to mislead the police, but then during interrogation, he revealed that on the intervening night of February 9 and 10, he had killed his girlfriend and dumped her body on the outskirts of Mitraon village. He had kept her in the refrigerator of his dhaba in an empty plot located. Accused Sahil Gehlot revealed that he is a resident of Mitraon village of Delhi. After schooling, he started preparing for SSC exam in January 2018 at Career Point Coaching Center, Uttam Nagar. At that time, Nikki Yadav, a resident of Jhajjar, Haryana, was also preparing for the medical entrance examination in the same institute.
The accused had not given information about his relationship to his family members. The family of the accused had fixed his marriage with another girl. He did not tell the deceased about his engagement or marriage plans. But somehow she came to know about this. Then an argument started between the two. Then the accused strangulated the girl with the help of the data cable of the mobile phone kept in his car. After this he went to his dhaba and kept her dead body in the fridge.
Shraddha murder-like incident again in Delhi
It may be known that the Shraddha murder case in Delhi shook the whole country. It is alleged that on May 18, a man named Aftab had strangled his girlfriend Shraddha to death in Mehrauli area. Then he cut her dead body into many pieces. Not only this, the accused had bought a fridge to keep Shraddha’s dead body. He kept the pieces of the dead body in this. He used to throw the pieces of Shraddha’s dead body in Mehrauli forest every night. After killing Shraddha, the accused was living in the same flat. The police arrested him on 12 November. He had also accepted the murder of Shraddha in the narco and polygraphy tests.
