Diwali 2022: Diwali is almost approaching, so embrace the festive spirit, savour sweets, laugh heartily with loved ones, take in the bright surroundings, and shine to the max! Many of you must have planned your Diwali wardrobe weeks in advance, but there are still plenty of people looking for last-minute Diwali costume ideas.
If you belong to the latter group, don’t worry! With order to make you look festive-ready in straightforward clothing, we grabbed some styling advice from the wardrobes of celebrities.
Flowers in bun
Festivals and flowers go together. Fresh flowers may be used to dress oneself up in addition to, of course, decorating your home with them. Create a bun and add gajra to it, or dress up your open hair with a beautiful red rose.
Bulky Duppatta
Here’s another tip you can depend on to appear festive-ready with ease. Just dress like Juhi Chawla and Deepika Padukone by wearing a straightforward kurta set on top of a colourful, substantial dupatta. The goal is to provide a splash of colour and make the clothing appear bulky.
Jewels
Instead of buying a tonne of elaborate outfits for Diwali, opt for a simple saree or kurta combo and glam it up with a collection of statement jewels. You might draw inspiration from Mouni Roy for the same. You can dress for a Diwali celebration by wearing a look-at-me maang tikka or a pair of big earrings.
Get a strong colour
Choose strong and vivid colours to increase the visual weight when you don’t want to load yourself down with heavy clothing. The perfect type of inspiration for the same is being served here by Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Blouse with emblems
Consider yourself sartorially prepared for Diwali if you have a simple saree in your wardrobe. All you need to do to enhance the glam factor is wearing a sparkly blouse. Take a cue from Shanaya Kapoor, the newest fashionista in Bollywood, who looked festively prepared in a modest white saree and an embroidered top.
