G-20 Summit: It will be easiest to go the metro when the G-20 summit is taking place in Delhi. At any station in the capital, there are no limitations in place. Since the conference will be held close by, just the Supreme Court Metro station will be closed for three days. Outside vehicle traffic may continue to be restricted in New Delhi. There are no restrictions on vehicle movement outside of New Delhi, according to the traffic police. The traffic police have stated that troublemakers would not be tolerated.

Traffic Measures Around Delhi’s Landmarks

INA, Newmotibagh, Gol Market, Mandir Marg, Connaught Place, Lutyens Delhi, Tilak Marg, Mandi House, ITO Chowk, Janpath, Pragati Maidan, Mathura Road, Sarai Kalekhan, Bhairon Road, Laxmibai Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Chanakyapuri, Outside cars may not be allowed to move in places like Khan Market or Lodhi Colony, etc. However, residents will be permitted to leave by presenting paperwork pertaining to the address. The Ring Road will continue to be used, but there won’t be any access to New Delhi.

On September 10, the presidents of several different nations, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will arrive at Raj Ghat. The traffic police will halt all common vehicle traffic in the area of Rajghat during this time. Travellers reaching New Delhi Railway Station between the hours of 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. can potentially encounter issues. Passengers have been urged to approach the station from Paharganj’s direction to avoid disturbance.
