Arvind Kejriwal announced that essential services will be kept open during the weekend curfew. With this, passes will be given to those whose weddings are fixed. Somebody has to go to the hospital, go to the airport, bus station, railway station. Those people will be exempt during the weekend curfew, but for this, they have to take a pass.
Apart from this, cinema halls can run at 30 per cent capacity.
