Fog Update: Morning frost is possible in the mountains, and there is a chance of fog in the plains in the morning and evening. Fog has already begun to set in several spots. Morning visibility is very poor due to fog in several regions.
This has a significant impact on traffic. The fog has the biggest impact on long-distance trains as well. Also, trains get majorly delayed due to the fog. The national capital will continue to be covered in the blanket of fog. This weather pattern is likely to continue unaffected until the end of January. IMD predicts that the visibility will be low in the morning and the shallow fog will continue to create troubles for the natives.
Lucknow
Moderate fog is likely to impact the UP’s capital today as the visibility hit 0400M in the night in response to the dropping temprature levels across the state. However, it is expected to clear out as the morning proceeds to the day.

Jaipur
IMD has predicted that the fog will not affect Jaipur today. Also, this phenomenon is likely to be in affect in the city for a few upcoming days as well. However, the surity of that is yet to be confirmed.
Amritsar
Visibility level in Amritsar is predicted to go as below as 0800M while the cold continues to affect the people during day time. Not much of change is likely going to occur in comparision to last few days.
