Fog Update: As winter reaches its conclusion, the haze is beginning to dissipate from the area. A recent western disturbance has already brought rain to several northern regions. Today, many areas will experience relief from the rain as well. According to the new forecast, it is expected that the fog will gradually subside starting in February.

Delhi
IMD has predicted a drop in visibility today. Also, light rains are predicted to lash the region. However, for today, the visibility has been reported to be around 400 metres and then improve up to 1200 metres in mist.
Lucknow
Lucknow is touted to remain similar. Though the coldwave has almost abated, the effects of it can still be felt in the region. Visibility is predicted to be around 800 metres in the morning and then improve up to 1500 metres as the noon approaches.
Jaipur
Fog has made its comeback in Jaipur and how. After being fog-free in the last week, the fog has found is way back. According to latest update, the visibility will be dropped up to 200 metres in the morning.
Amritsar
IMD has predicted that visibility in Amritsar will be around 1500 metres in the early morning hours and then improve eventually as the day proceeds.
